How to Connect Your Social Media Accounts

Connecting your social media accounts to our platform is a straightforward process, thanks to the Connect Accounts Portal powered by our partner, Ayrshare. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

Launching the Connect Accounts Portal

1. Navigate to the Connected Accounts tab
2. Launch the Portal: Click on the button titled "Connect Accounts". This should launch the portal in a new tab.

How to Link a Social Media Network from the Portal

Once in the portal, linking your social media accounts is just a few clicks away.

1. Access the Social Account Linkage Page: Navigate to this page in our app.
2. Select the Social Network: Click or tap on the social network icon you wish to connect.
3. Authorize Access: A pop-up from Ayrshare will appear, requesting authorization. Please ensure to accept all authorizations for a successful linkage.

4. Confirmation: Once authorized, your account logo will appear (if available) and the card color will change to green, indicating an active link.

How to Un-Link a Social Network

Unlinking is as simple as linking.

1. Tap the Linked Network: On the same Social Account Linkage Page, click on the green (linked) social network icon.
2. Unlink Confirmation: You will be prompted to confirm the un-linking.
3. Impact on Posts: Please note that already sent and scheduled posts will remain unaffected. However, future scheduled posts and new posts will not be sent until you re-establish the link.

• Choosing a Page or Brand: Some networks, like Facebook, may ask you to choose a specific account or page. Make sure to select the correct one you wish to link.
• X/Twitter Link Issue: If the wrong Twitter account is linked, try switching to the desired account on Twitter in a different browser tab. Then, unlink and re-link Twitter on our platform.
• Duplicated Brand Issue: If a brand with the same name already exists. There may be account linking issues. Please remove the duplicate brand or reach out to support.
